The Edward Roybal School in Downtown LA is opening today. Brand new. Gym and computer lab.
Apparently the school is built on an old oil field. There are gases coming out of the ground. The school has ventilation systems in place with alarms if there are gases coming out of the ground. Gases are ventilated through various stacks around the campus.
