This past weekend I went aboard the Sea Bass. The Sea Bass is a diving boat docked out of San Pedro. I tried to help Richard Gayou(Captain) and Earl(Divemaster) without getting in the way. This was my first trip on a dive boat. Very interesting trip. Makes me consider taking up diving.
One thing for sure is that it is dangerous. You have to pay close attention to everything you do. The main thing is to keep an eye on your air and not coming up too fast.
The group that went diving this past weekend was from SoCal Tec Divers. A very experienced group of divers from various parts of Southern California.

Soaring Hawk Vineyards Evening Under The Stars
This past weekend we attended a special event at Soaring Hawk Vineyards in Acton, CA.
The hosts, included Joe farris, Jill Farris, Ann Gayou, and Richard Gayou. The dinner was a pairing of some fantastic wines. The suggestion donation was $40 per person and that is a real bargain for an evening like we had. About 12 people attended.
