The Simple Way To An A

Recently I heard a radio ad spot for a program that can help you with your child's learning and homework studies.

The name of the program is "The Simple Way To An A".

I don't have many details, but have called for the intro kit.

The number to call for more info is 888.693.8284.

The website has video and other info:

"The Simple Way To An A" - the proven, state-of-the-art Learning System that makes learning simple!

Customer service is Extremely RUDE. I called to ask questions & wanted to check my calendar to see if I would have time to devote to this & the rep "Amy" began to criticise me for not wanting to pay 12.95 to help my kid. Bad Idea Amy!!!

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A RIP OFF AND A TOTAL SCAM. IT DOESN'T WORK, ITS TOO EXPENSIVE AND THEY FIND EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO NOT LET YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT.

I called for the 30 day trial. Paid just $12.95 for s/h. My son wanted nothing to do with it so I called to return it. 45 min on hold. Cust svc rep did everything he could to save the sale. Offered the author's weekly webinar for free ($200 value apparently). Offered to make it 3 pmts of $89.95 instead of 4. Then 2 pmts, and finally just 1 pmt of $89.95 was all it was going to cost me to keep this program. I declined and he gave me the RMA # to return the program. That was on 3-18-09. UPS delivered the box to them on 3-24-09 and on 3-26-09 they charged my credit card $89.95 anyway. I will give them a week to reverse that charge then I will have my Visa company issue a chargeback and they can fight over it.

I'm really not sure this program would have done anything more for my son than the teachers at school have already tried.

LOL. It is too bad that parents will let their kids sit in front of a tv all day after school and wish that their kids did better in school, but not put a little bit of effort to help them out.
"My son wanted nothing to do with it...". Their in lies the problem...so you just decided to send it back.
It probably wasn't the product, sounds more like the family...WOW!!!

All the complaints here are true! Customer service extremely rude. I tried to return mine within the trial period and when I called they refused saying too bad my kid didn't like their material. This company should definitely be investigated in order to stop scamming parents who are eager to help their kids.
