DirecTV Horrible Customer Service

So I had DirecTV come out and install service on two tv's.

At this point I am experiencing blackouts and pixelation on one tv. It is pretty bad.

I tried to talk to a rep and they are rude and not very helpful.

I received a call from a agency that monitors installations, the installer I had come out did a pretty good job.

There are unsightly wires off the front of the building which really don't look too good. But I guess there is no other option.
