I have not been able to login to my Citibank account to do online banking for the last couple of hours. Called customer service and was told they are doing an "upgrade". What are companies thinking when they do upgrades in middle of the day? Whatever happened to scheduling upgrades after hours? Anyway, I'm sure there is another reason for the outage.
Here's another company that is learning some valuable lessons about business. Their customer service is horrible, I can only imaging that it is being offshored over poor telco connections and poor equipment.
Citibank, get your act together.
