Attempt to Stop Spam

How many of you have tried to stop spam? Most likely many of you.

I am working on one of my accounts that does get emails that I don't want. So I am making an attempt to unsubscribe to as many of the emails as possible in an attempt to reduce all the unwanted emails.

A cool tool would be one that would flag the emails as spam/junk email and also make all attempts to unsubscribe you from the list. If you can do this with one click that would be great.
