WORLD PREMIERE BOOK DEBUT!
RAY HARRYHAUSEN-
MASTER OF THE MAGICKS

Released in time for the OCTOBER 12 show, RAY HARRYHAUSEN- MASTER OF THE MAGICKS is written by Mike Hankin, and after ten years of work the book has finally been printed. Contracually this is not part of RAY's own book series (RAY HARRYHAUSEN: AN ANIMATED LIFE, THE ART OF RAY HARRYHAUSEN), but was put together with his cooperation. This 370 page book is part of a three book series and features interviews with Actors, Directors, and Crew not covered in RAY's other books. RAY HARRYHAUSEN-MASTER OF THE MAGICKS covers RAY'S Classic 1950's Films, with over 1,000 rare photos, many being published for the first time.

If you're a RAY HARRYHAUSEN fan you don't want to miss this book. Publisher Ernest Farino, who is a 2-time Emmy Winning Visual Effects Supervisor for Films and Television (The Terminator, HBO's From the Earth to the Moon, Children of Dune), will have RAY HARRYHAUSEN- MASTER OF THE MAGICKS available to look at, as well as purchase. The book retails for $74.95, and is currently not available at book stores. When you see the size of the book, you'll see the price is well worth it.

THE ONION is a funny alternative weekly newspaper , so if you have a sense of humor you'll want to sample this. THE ONION is branching out to wider distribution in California, and they're coming to the Convention to hand out copies of the paper.
