Pasadena Smoking Ban

As many of you have read and heard, Pasadena, CA has passed an ordinance to make smoking in public illegal.

So if you live in Pasadena and light up in a public spaces, you could get a ticket. The soft enforcement is taking place for the next few months. Word is that after the new year the law will be enforced.
$100 first fine, $200 second, $500 third.

Although this type of law scares people it is a step in the right direction, smoking is BAD for you and people around you, it pollutes the air and many people are allergic to the smoke.
