Went over to Digital Hollywood 2008. Good event as usual.
Many of the familiar faces as in the past.
Video adaption with community is growing.
It seems the thing people are looking for is control of their property and monetization.
TubeMogul is having some good success as is Edgecast with over 130 clients now on their CDN.
It should be interesting to watch as the players in the video - social media space mature and facilitate new models for monetization. The IAB releasing new standards for advertising in video should go a long way to help.
