CNN is reporting that Mexico has bought contracts to sell oil in the future at today's prices.
$130 a barrel. Price seems to be coming down.
Also, CNN is reporting that many gas stations are offering up to 10 cents savings for paying with cash vs credit card.
I have seen several stations around the Burbank-Pasadena-Glendale area that offer savings.
