DavidScottLewis: From a recent comment in Greentech Media: "Regarding Zytech, in fact, LCPV is one of our three main market segments (along with standard modules and off-grid systems), an area where Zytech has already developed core IP. It’s also (with MCPV) where we’ll be focusing our key R&D endeavors over the next few/several years. (Our HCPV activities are more limited at this time.)

I will be giving a paper/talk on the commercialization of LCPV at the forthcoming CPV & CSP Investment and Finance Summit USA 2008 (in San Francisco) and our CEO will very likely be giving the same talk (in both Spanish and English) the following week at the CSP & CPV Investment and Finance Summit in Madrid. We may be giving a similar talk this November in Wuxi at China’s annual solar industry gig, too.

A copy of our investment memorandum (IM) teaser prepared in cooperation with KPMG’s corporate finance group in Hong Kong is available to qualified investors upon request. Legal disclaimer: Our Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and the IM is for investment in our Group. Our tag: “European Solar Power Products at the China Price” … and this pretty much says it all. We have operational offices (not just sales offices) in Spain, Germany, China and the United States.

We can be reached via our web site. Please reference this article/post in any correspondence regarding our investment memorandum."
DavidScottLewis: Oops ... I'll break this into two parts.
