Downey Residents Boil Water
If you live in Downey, CA. Be sure to boil your water for 1 minute.
For brushing your teeth make sure to boil. Hot soapy water for washing dishes.
You can take a shower with it.
Notice is in effect until at least Saturday, most likely Sunday.
